Terms Of Service

When ordering a Commission from me, you agree to my Terms Of Service automatically. Please be aware of this and read carefully.

1. General

1.1. Communication is held through FurAffinity, BlueSky or my Discord, depending on the first contact. (I do not have telegram.) Communication methods will not be switched without reason. This is to keep my contacts/commissioners sorted so I dont confuse things and can track back interactions.1.2. I keep the right to refuse a customer or commission idea that I am not comfortable with drawing for any reason1.3. For trusted/returning and new interested Customers I offer an invite link to my Artist Discord upon request. This Discord also features WIPs, personal updates and general chatter.

2. Payment & Refunds

2.1 All prices are in €/EUR unless stated otherwise.2.2. Payment is required upfront and will be made through paypal invoice. I will not start on your artpiece before the invoice is paid and your Commission slot is not secured until payment has been made.2.3. I do not generally refund! If agreement has been made for a commission I will do my best to fullfill it.
Exception: If during the process of the artpiece I do not feel comfortable with working with the commissioner anymore (being impolite, inadequate or in any other form difficult to work with), I may issue a part refund depending on the stage and type of the artpiece.2.4. Under specific circumstances an "additional workload fee” may be required. This may be due to longer experimental sketch-phase, extensive linework re-visits and other unexpected time-additions. The commissioner has the right to refuse this additional fee, but this results in no further edits being made in the sketch/line-phase and the artwork/s will be finished as agreed upon without additional adjustments.

3. Process

My works are AI free. I do **not **utilize AI for any of my artworks or parts of my art.

3.1. I require a flatcolor reference sheet, I do not work with shaded reference sheets or pure descriptions (this does not apply for reference sheet and design concept commissions).3.2. Please try to describe your idea as good as you can (characters, poses, interaction, commission type, etc.).3.3. I do not work on Commissions in direct order they are on my Trello Queue. I keep the right to work on them to the point that I keep my interest in working on art up. That means that sometimes I wont work on one commission for a period of time while others get finished.3.4. I try to fulfill commissions in an estimated turnaround time of 4-6 weeks from start of the commission (that means once its in my active worklist, not when the commission is paid). You will also see a deadline date when I have begun the commission.3.5. If you wish your commission to be finished before a certain date that lays before the minimum turnaround time, I will require a rushfee.3.6. I reserve the right to take vacation/days off. Planned vacations will be communicated with the commissioner, but you are always welcome to get in contact with me for WIP informations.3.7. Any unforseeable issues hindering my workflow, will be communicated as soon as I am capable to do so. (This is focussed on illness, accidents and other life events that cant be predicted.)

4. Copyright & Usage of the finished Product

I do NOT consent to my artworks and/or parts of my works to be used in context with AI, including training AI or other AI features.

4.1. I retain the rights to any artworks created by me. This also applies to commissioned artworks.4.2. The customer retains any rights on their drawn character or person.4.3. The commissioner is NOT allowed to take the WIP, unfinished commission or any parts of the un/finished artwork to other artists (or to AI software) to create derivatives. Any WIP sketch/poses are NOT allowed to be sent to other artists (or to AI software) to be reused or finished. (No matter how long ago the commission was placed).4.4. If you wish for a sketch (that was made during the commission with me) to be made into a finished artpiece, you are welcome to contact me about it.4.5. As the Artist I reserve the right to post the finished artwork in my own galleries/social media and portfolio unless discussed otherwise beforehand.4.6. The customer is allowed to post the finished artpiece on their social media page/s. The watermark must stay untouched and visible and a link or referral to my card, FA and/or Bluesky account has to be credited (or mention ThatsMyLive or ThatsMyLive Arts as the Artist if you are unable to link).4.6.b. None of my created Artworks are to be posted on Twitter/X anymore as of the newest TOS change of X from the 15th November 2024. This is to protect my Artworks from usage for AI-Training!4.7. The customer may print their commission as long as it is for personal use and not massprinted or otherwise distributed to the public availability.4.8. The finished artwork is NOT under and circumstances allowed to be used in commercial uses. To aquire the permissions for commercial use, an extra fee and extra permission from me as the artist is obligatory! Please contact me if you wish to use your artpiece commercially or state this before the commission is started!4.9. The commissioner will recieve the full resolution Artpiece watermarked!

Commissions & Prices

This is information about my regular commissions and prices. If you are looking for Memes, Base-Fills, Stylized Artworks, YCHs and other Types of Artworks, head on over to the YCHs & Diverse section.* Simple Backgrounds are +10-15€ (contains few props, simble/blurred scene backgrounds).* Additional Characters are +20% of the commission price (up to a max of 3 characters, more need individual quotas).* The Complexity Fee of +15% of the commission price contains anything that involves intensely detailed patterns, multiple added limbs and the like.

Bust- Halfbody is mainly wording depending if your Character is Anthro or Feral. For Anthros I mostly call it a Bust, for Ferals its a Halfbody. The range for the artwork may vary in this area.
